I have mixed emotions right now. I usually get my nails done here, but today's service was disappointing. I had a Shellac signature pedicure and a French overlay, which I believe is what it's called. Nancy did an amazing job on my pedicure—hands down! However, I wasn't happy with the French manicure. You can be the judge of that. Additionally, I had to ask her about the cuticle treatment, which she did after completing the Shellac French nails. What is that? It's so disappointing 😞 .

Never have I ever had a nail tech rip my nails off during a removal. I had even explained to her that however she was removing them was hurting me only for her to continue to do so and rip off the corners of my two nails. She still buffed my finger that was bleeding and continued to slightly buff other fingers of mine even after touching my finger with the blood on it. Then asked if I wanted a set over an open wound nail. Ma'am, how? That's not even recommend or sanitary. Somehow even after being clearly upset was still charged $10 for the service. Used to be a go to place for me, this lady wasn't my usual but never again.

Wonderful experience with Nancy, such a patient and gentle service. Pedicure with her was phenomenal! The massage was so so relaxing. I will definitely be coming back for Nancy

I received great customer service and was extremely happy with my nails by James. I've been coming here for a little more than 2 years and I'm always happy with their service. They are having hand reopening under new management and if you haven't tried them now is a perfect time.

As empty as it was i do not think i will be returning!! I feel nail tech was rushing or playing race with the lady doing my pedicure… I enjoyed my pedicure looks nice!!! Nails not sooo much!!!
