My experience at this nail salon was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. This was my first time here and I trusted them with my design because the designs online in their reviews looked great. But they did not do a good job at all. First off, I scheduled an appt for two full sets at 2 pm I did not go back to around 3/3:30. So I had already waited an hour to get my nails done. My nail technique did not listen to anything I said I told him short and he gave me long. I told him to cut them down but he didn't. My design it done poorly, I showed a picture if exactly what I wanted, and he said he could do it. My French tips are done at an angle and you can see all the imperfections. I’ve been a client of Luxury Nails and Spa for over five years. The atmosphere is light, the salon is clean, and all tools sanitized. Kent and his staff are very friendly, accommodating, and talented nail artists.

My experience at this nail salon was exceptional. I was hoping they accepted walk-ins, and on my first visit, they were able to seat me immediately. The staff was very friendly and did exactly what I asked. The salon itself is beautiful, and the service was both outstanding and efficient!

I got the best acrylics today here - my nail tech Nancy is new and I hope she continues to work there forever!! She made sure every detail was perfect and to my liking, and she was very kind and professional. Everyone in the salon is happy and kind, and I will be coming again soon!

⸻ I visited this place a few weeks ago and found it very hard to communicate with the staff in English. The owner/technician who did my nails came across as quite arrogant. The end result on my nails was okay, but the overall experience wasn’t good. This was actually my second visit. During my first visit, I also struggled to communicate with the technician. He scrubbed my legs completely dry — without oil or water — even after I tried to explain, and I ended up having to splash water on my legs myself. That left me with a rash and a really uncomfortable experience. After two disappointing visits, I won’t be going back. For the price, there are much better salons around with kinder staff and better service
