Luxury Nails

Worst experience ever !!!! Only person that can do nails is the lady and Number 3. She started my nails at 11:19 and her 12 o’clock came at 11:45 the guy at the front told me I had to get up and come back later I told him no why would you sit me down with her and she couldn't complete the job. He started talking to her in their language and at 12:01 he told me I need to get up and leave so the other person can get their nails done. The only thing she had left was to clean up my nails and paint them literally would’ve took 10-15 minutes.

Love this nail salon. I’ve been going there off and on since they opened. I’ve never had to wait. They have many technicians. They do nails, pedicures, lashes & make up tattoos. The staff is professional and very friendly. The salon is always clean! The decor is modern and sleek. The equipment is up to date and top of the line.

This place is over rated and over price! There are only 2 people in the entire salon that can do nails and they sit upfront drew and Tina. If you don’t get gel polish they start talking about you in their language. The older chubby guy that reeks of the smell of cigarettes with the brown loafers that are never tied can not do nails to save his life my nails were sloppy and uneven he sits in chair 12 . I left the salon in tears I got my eyebrows tinted and a fill on my toes and a kid polish nails and feet the price came up to $175 not only that I didn’t even get the massage that suppose to have came with my pedicure me or my child the lady that did my eyebrow tint did a horrible job as well I left out looking how I did coming in the only thing is they looked arched no tint she was pissed th

I took a friend of mine in for pedicures yesterday and the entire experience was so peaceful and enjoyable. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. Our nail techs were Lisa and Michelle. They were very sweet and so nice to talk to while they did our nails. We got the sea salt pedicure which includes complimentary drink and snack, paraffin wax treatment, hot towel wrap and hot stone massage. (So relaxing!) I had asked for a sunflower on my big toe and my tech (Michelle) asked another tech (Holly) to come do it. They were honest with me that the yellow wasn't showing up on the green I had chosen very well and asked about other color options. I appreciate the honesty. Unfortunately if you do not get Lisa or Drew; you are screwed. I was sick the day of and had no energy to argue. I have never had my nails BURN and they were on FIRE! My acrylic was chunky and the shape weird. The guy tried his best but ultimately it was the check out guy that made me immediately go to the car and give a rating. When I was inquiring about the prices, he kept trying to hide the menu. I went in for a fill, one nail repair and color change. It came to $50!!!!! I’m convinced I was charged for a whole new set as the technician proceeded to pluck all my nails off saying they were “too small”. Will not be coming back at all and encourage people to stop investing in these places, go on instagram and invest in REAL NAIL TECHS And not somebody schooled in a week …..
