Great service, welcoming staff, and so relaxing. Came with my sis to do a massage, facial, and henna brows and stayed to enjoy excellent company! Would highly recommend Kady, Alex, and Krystal, all excellent technicians. Looking forward to coming back.

Crystal was amazing!! She took me as a last minute walk-in and gave me exceptional service. It was my first time having any body waxing done, aside from my eyebrows, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. And No Pain!! Still no sign of any of the hairs she removed growing back either, which is awesome! Highly highly recommend! Can't wait to go back and experience some of the other treatments she has to offer!

I recently returned to Luxury of Greensboro for a 60 minute massage with Carly. She was absolutly amazing! She was super nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. She answered any questions I had and did a great job writing my focus areas. I also met the owner who was also very nice and made sure I was taken care of. I went ahead and booked a 90 minute massage with Carly for next week which I am looking forward to!!

Loved the professional Brazilian wax that I received from Crystal. Funny and TMI but my boyfriend even commented on it being perfect. The last spa place I went to missed areas and my boyfriend noticed which is so embarrassing to have patchy hair here and there. I don't plan on going to that other place. Crystal is my new favorite. She is nice and calming too. I am a shy person despite wanting this done and feel put together after a visit with her. Nice energy.

Eyebrows waxed too thin and too far apart a month before my wedding. I was in such shock i couldn’t even tell her i hated it and had to leave before i started crying. I think i even blacked out and said it was good just to get out of there. Also my lash extensions were so long and trashy with two hanging down in my eye. She also used tweezers to pull my eye lids apart that she had glued together. I spent an hour when i got home with Olive oil removing the lashes. 300 plus dollars wasted and i look worse than when i went in there. No way my eyebrows will grow back before my wedding next month. Avoid this place at all costs. I hate leaving negative reviews and rarely do but since this involves how you look and could be disastrous… i felt it was necessary. Others also encouraged i leave revie
