I Went there for the first time for my birthday nails, and Jimmy did an amazing job! I absolutely loved them. It was really quick, and at first, I wasn’t sure he could pull it off, but he exceeded my expectations. Give that man a raise! When I come back, I’ll definitely want him as my nail tech again. First time having my nails done by a man!

I went in to Luxx Nail Lounge today for a full set, French tip and a pedi. This is like my 4th time coming here bc I love my regular tech Tony. He is THE BEST!!! Sad to say, Tony wasn’t there today so they put me with Andy. Before he got started, I showed him a pic of the short French tips I wanted. He said he could do it. He did my application good and thin how I like it but when he did my French tip with regular polish (not not gel bc I like regular), the application was see through bc it wasn’t enough polish used. I brought it to his attention and he went and got a manager I guess. The manager came to look at it and tried to tell me the white polish was see though bc it was regular polish, I said no bc Tony uses regular polish and it has been see through like this but when I bring it t

Very attentive. Its been over a year since I had my nails last done on the north side and over 10 since my last pedicure. The service was great and I felt very relaxed. I got exactly what I want and will be back again! Love the fact I was able to set my appointment online. Big plus! Price was a bit high. But I knew that going in thanks to the pricing chart on the site. Charged for the ombre, french tip, shape, gel on both nails and toes. If it wasn't for a bit of pampering for my birthday, I probably won't have done so much. Next trip will straight forward, solid color and square. Over all I am very pleased with the experience and services.

Came in for a fill in and left in love with my new nails. A young guy took care of me and made them one of my favorite sets. The shape, the length and the color were beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better tech. I will definitely be back to see what other magic he can work.

Amazing service, relaxing aesthetic, & beautiful work! I got a same-day appointment for a full set of acrylic nails with design/nail art and they turned out stunning! Andy was my nail tech and he did such a wonderful job keeping to my reference and making sure the nails looked absolute perfect✨ Staff was respectful, kind, and efficient — I got in and out within an hour!
