I haven’t had any concerns at this nail salon. Kim is a hidden gem. She always takes extra time on my pedicure to make sure it looks perfect. I usually have others do my manicures, but they’ve all been phenomenal as well. I’ve been to a few other nail salons, but none have compared to this one. They remember you if you come back in a second time, and every time I come in they know I want Kim for my pedicure and they make it happen. In over a year I’ve had one issue, and it was only with nail color. They took care of it immediately no questions asked. They’re the best around, the friendliest, and they take time to get to know the people who come in regularly. Customer service is top notch. Kim is my absolute favorite nail tech, EVER. I always feel like I’ve won the jackpot when I can get her. Her pedicures are AMAZING. She has the hands of an angel and I always leave feeling well cared for and pretty!

The lady was super nice and customer service was fine but my polish looks really bad. Waste of money. Keep in mind i just got them done!
