LUXX Nail Spa

Henry has done my nails the last two times and they have been fantastic! Definitely planning on returning here every time!!

EVERYONE IN THESE REVIEWS LYING!! DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MEDIOCRE SERVICE AND A CHEAP EXPERIENCE!!! walked in bc i needed my Nails done and asked politely if they had any appointments available for today, seeing that it was only the recepstionist and a girl in the back doing a pedicura already. They say yes (they obviously don’t have enough staff at the moment) and tell me to wait 10 minutes (waited 20) so i picked my color and waited. He finally sits me down in this long rectangled table and asked me what shape i wanted i just wanted my Nails filed down and shortened and some red gel. Mind you, there’s nothing on the table, no organized stations, nail chips and nail powder everywhere. After like 5 minutes of doing MY nails, He brings a whole nother client

I get a gel pedicure regularly and i’ve been all over columbia, blythewood, i had a terrible experience in charleston (i guess i’m picky)… LUXX gave me the best pedicure i’ve had in a longgg time. They were nice, clean, it wasn’t very busy (really they deserve to have a line out the door). I’ll be coming back again and again, glad i finally found a quality pedicure

I am prefacing this review by saying that I am completely at fault for not speaking up when I was unhappy. I did not feel comfortable doing so due to how the nail tech was acting throughout the appointment and my interactions with her in the past. I don’t know her name, but she is middle aged. I liked the color that I picked out for my nails, but the quality of the manicure was not good. She asked me if I liked them, to which I said yes because I just wanted to pay and get out. It is my fault for not saying something when I had the chance to. This review really has more to do with how she treated me. Throughout the appointment she was jerking my hand around and was being too rough for my liking. She continuously yanks my hand and holds my fingers really tight at certain points. She also

Been going here for years. I love Henry, Katie and the rest of the staff. They make me feel like family. Not to mention my nails always look fire 🫶🏼
