LyLy's African hair braiding

This is the only salon I have gone to for the past year, they are consistent in price and do exactly what I ask for. I also requested for my braids to not be too tight around my edges and they did a great job accommodating me, no pain other than usual braid soreness!

I am a frequent customer for twist and i have consistently received excellent service. The shop is well maintained and they are able to work with your schedule. Pricing is very reasonable and they get you in and out quickly! Definitely will be returning ☺️

Horrible experience came asking for a simple braid down left with no braid down. I stopped her not even mid way into the hair style asking her to fix two braids bc they wouldn’t hold my v part wig. She got mad and took out all my braids and said I never mentioned anything about a pattern. I was shocked to say the least, usually a braid down doesn’t take long and every shop I have been to, accommodates braid downs for wig installation so the fact that she didn’t know how to do a braid down for a wig was shocking especially since that’s her job. Customer service was so rude and some of the other ladies even laughed to what ever she said in French. I will not be returning I’d much rather pay someone who takes the time to actually care about the work they are doing and want to hear their cus

I love coming hair to get my hair done. Lyly is very efficient and so nice. 10/10 I highly recommend.
