Lynn Nails

I have been coming here since I was a teen. I love it always! Lynn’s work is amazing. Friendly staff for the most part. Very clean store. I love this Christmas set. Edit: only a few days have passed and my nail set on my fingers have chipped off. Very upset about this work. I had to downgrade from 5 stars!

Lynn and her team, Macy, Tony, Lee Ann, Helen, and Myly, do a great job! Frankly, I don't know what the negative reviews are about. High quality pedicure with nail design...great. Manicure with cats eye polish, excellent. My last mani + pedicure lasted 4+ weeks...only came in because my nails had grown out. This place is clean, relaxing and has a group of friendly professionals. Call or drop in...you will love it, too. Review edited to add photos.

I came into the salon to get my eyebrows done, and the flyer clearly said $12. When I went to pay, the lady told me it was $15. I asked why, and she said, “You haven’t come in a long time, so it’s $15.” I was honestly shocked—since when does the price go up just because you haven’t been in a while? That doesn’t make any sense. Prices should be based on the service, not how often a customer comes in. Very disappointed with the inconsistency.

I have been coming to Lynn Nails for the past 15 years for pedicures and have always had the BEST service from the staff. I love how wonderfully they treat customers and how very nice they are. The pedicures I’ve received have always been relaxing and thorough and the polished nails being done beautifully. The salon is clean, bright and welcoming. The prices and quality are much better than many other salons. I would not go anywhere else. Lynn Nails staff are like family to me.

My friend and I went to Lynn Nails yesterday with hopes of getting an impromptu pedicure. We walked in, a staff member noticed us, but did not greet us. We waited. A third person walked in, and they were greeted immediately and asked what service they would like. Needless to say, we left and found another place to get our pedicures. Good customer service is not difficult. Had we at least been greeted upon entry, we probably would have stayed.
