I bring my youngest here for his retiwsts and my oldest here because he recently decided he wanted to start his loc journey. Ms. Lyra is the sweetest lady and has so much patience to do an amazing job on my boys heads. I always schedule my appointments with her because even though she does walk ins she is always super busy. There is normally a wait but we don't mind. It's worth it in the end. Her prices are very reasonable and she does an amazing job.

Nice friendly environment. Clean and relaxing atmosphere,This was the second day i visited after my first appointment was pushed back. Appointments are a little iffy.

There’s a girl name Janelle there that likes to create chaos between Lyra and her customers…I’ve watched her do it be aware the girl is rude and gets in Lyra ear about customers….making small things a big deal she’s an instigator. I heard her tell Lyra something about a customer and Lyra defended the customer by saying it’s ok it’s not a big deal. She likes to get Lyra worked up. Janelle also ignored a girl that said good morning to her. She just act childish and stuck up. It’s aggravating. She loves to create drama and likes to turn customers against Lyra. She’s weird I feel sorry for Lyra, this girl Janelle has affected your clientele and will continue to create a negative environment.

Love it here! I've been a customer/ client for 2yrs!! Lyra's will continue to be the only salon I come to get my Locs retwisted and styled. The ladies here are cool, and down to earth- gives a family vibe.
