Lys Nails and Spa

First time coming here in recommendation from a friend and this is one of the best nail salons I've been to in the springs. My nail tech, Andy, was very attentive to detail and did a great job on my toes and fingers. He is great at nail art! Even my 4 year old daughter got her nails done for the first time. I will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience at Ly’s Nails and Spa. Crystal did an amazing job and was very attentive and professional. All of the technicians were friendly, welcoming, and very professional, which made the whole visit relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and the team really made it a great experience. I also accidentally left my cell phone there, and Crystal actually ran outside to catch up with me to return it. I really appreciated her kindness and honesty. That level of care truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend Ly’s Nails and Spa and will definitely be coming back.

This place is nowhere near my house, and now I’m doomed to drive across town every time I need my nails done because I can’t stop showing them off. Crystal was amazing and clearly knows what she’s doing. I’ve always stuck to regular gel manicures, but I happened to be on the other side of town with a friend and we decided to get our nails done during some downtime. Crystal suggested a Gel X manicure instead of traditional gel so she could make everything line up since a couple of my nails were much shorter than the others. I’m so glad I took her advice. I also asked for snowflake accent designs, and she absolutely "nailed it." She had great attention to detail & I will be back again soon!

They tried to charge me twice for getting a pedicure and my daughter acrylics gel nails. Both jobs were done beautifully the first time my total came up 125 something then they couldn't get that tablet up front to work. Then they put it in the handheld one and came up to 138. But I tipped in cash and I couldn't bypass the tip so I just put $2. I paid 140 something. Then this lady came to my car saying my card didn't go through. I showed her my Wells Fargo account with the amount pending to lys. Then my daughter said the lady kept trying to add designs to her nails and get her eyebrows waxed too. Be very cautious. I am a small business owner and I'm very familiar with square. I know when it asks for a receipt it went through and also you can look at the transactions on your device. Then for

Crystal and the man who does pedicures both made my haiwaii nails look fantastic! I did have to come back a few minutes later as I walked out and started noticing all my nails had bumps from the bad top coat gel base. Came right back in and got the issue resolved instantly and with much patience and kindness! Thank you both!!
