M & K Nail Spa ( Nocatee)

As a business owner myself, I know that customer satisfaction is what drives business. And that is why I always return to Olivia and Brians Nail salon, MK Nails. The customer service is exceptional. They run a clean, friendly and very professional operation where every nail tech seems to do excellent work. I have never been disappointed and highly recommend MK Nails in Nocatee for dipping powder and gel nails.

I thought I found the forever nail salon. I visited there 4 times and on the fourth time, all that I told Mindy is I wanted my nails a little bit rounder .and mindy filed them rounder, when I got to the register, she charged me $5 extra to shape my nails. It's like a manicure when people come in for a manicure, you have to file their nails. So I will not be coming back to your salon. And I won't come back to the technician who charged me $5. And never told me there was an upcharge to have your nails filed. And I was paying SNS never heard of that before. So I might be just one a person, but my word goes around. And I won't be coming back to your shop.Very poor business. Marie

Since maybe to this area, I had to find a new nail salon and I certainly lucked out with M&K nail spa. They are courteous, professional, and do such an amazing job. You don’t have to sit and wait either. I highly recommend them!

My nail specialist was Bell. I had the classic pedicure and after seeing the work, asked for a gel manicure also. Bell was very thorough, focused and careful. She gave me a quality massage as part of the pedicures with diverse massage patterns that felt pleasant. She meticulous buffet all nail surfaces and edges. Cuticle removal was thorough and Bell circled back to areas if she'd notice they needed more work as the nails dried, were scrubbed, or lotioned throughout the services. Bell spoke Spanish so we worked through a translator. It worked well as I didn't feel pressured to keep up a conversation and could just enjoy the experience and quiet time. See pictures for results. Amazing experience!! I had a gel removal and gel manicure service. I had come in with an inspo pic and they worked diligently to make sure it was the right color and look I was going for. Truly everyone I interacted with was so kind. I always learned about their new techniques for removal and gel manicures that focus on preserving natural nails health. It’s not like the way nails use to be done. Also there’s free drinks and good company. I’ve only been a couple times but this one was special.
