M Lounge Nails Salon

I god my nails done on Friday today is Tuesday i have no idea what kind of old nail polish they used it’s already peeling off. It’s jail nail Polish by the way and the nail broke off already over all horrible job. Had me drive 30 minutes because she said she will fix it but when I arrived she told me the same lady who did my nails the first time was going to fix it smh horrible customer service horrible work so not recommend

I had the pleasure of visiting M Lounge Nail Salon today and was warmly welcomed by Emily and Mimi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and inviting the salon was, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Emily and Mimi were both incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel completely at ease. Mimi took the time to understand my vision for my nail design and brought it to life beautifully—I couldn’t be happier with the results! The combination of their outstanding service, attention to detail, and the salon’s pristine environment has convinced me that this is my new go-to nail salon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Baby! Let me tell you something. Mimi is the goat when it comes to the nails. She has been my nail tech for over 5 years at this point and she never misses. My nails are always on point. No matter what I ask Mimi always delivers top notch quality work. Jenny does my gel pedicures and it’s on point every time. I can't speak to others experiences maybe their was a one off which happens but if you have an issue please speak up and Mimi will most certainly take care of you. However I do highly recommend the salon.

I’ve followed the shop owner, Mimi, everywhere since 2019. So happy she now has her own shop! The staff are friendly and the work is amazing. Mimi SO good at any design you could ever think of. I usually have different design ideas each time I go, and Mimi is able to execute them perfectly.

I really wanted to like this place. I literally cannot beat the location, sadly I won't be returning here. I'd hate to leave a bad review without positives first, so I will say that the staff seems to have great relationships with their repeat customers. That's really nice to see. Another positive, the shop never got too crowded which was nice. They also had a nice playlist going on too! :) Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great though. I called to ask about availability at 1pm, and was asked to come at 2. That's no problem at all, it's Saturday.... everyone is at the nail salon lol. I get here at 2 and only waited for about 2 minutes if that. At 4pm I was still getting my manicure done... it was a fill in with a pretty simple design... even STILL I felt like my manicure was rushed thr
