I bought some hair glue. The salesperson had a nasty attitude and sold me a bottle with a craked top with tape wrapped around it. I'm sure he knew what he did. Make sure you make sure all items are sealed when you shop there. When I shop at M&M I spend at leat $100.00 or more. I refuse to shop there again.

I love how informative, helpful and friendly the young ladies are. I like the clean and well organized esthetics. This place never disappoint.

I regularly spend hundreds of dollars here, supporting the business both during their monthly sale days and at full priced days. Recently, I purchased a red hair color during one of their 50% off days. When I got home, the shade was too bright for my liking. It wasn’t a huge difference, but it was enough to feel overwhelmed. So I went back, unopened product and receipt in hand, just looking to swap it for the more toned-down shade. I had already spoken to multiple staff members who told me that as long as the item was untouched and I had the receipt, I could exchange it — no problem. I absolutely adore this beauty supply store! It is impressively well-stocked and offers a comprehensive selection of beauty products that cater to all your needs.
