Maya has been doing my nails consistently since 2022, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. She is always punctual, professional, clean, creative, and incredibly detail-oriented. The quality of her work consistently exceeds my expectations, and my nails always look flawless. I usually go for simple designs, but people are constantly complimenting them! I live in Upper NW DC, and when I tell friends that I drive all the way to VA to get my nails done, they’re always shocked, but Maya’s work is absolutely worth the trip every three weeks. My first time visit with Michelle. She did a great job on my Russian manicure. I’m happy to find this location as I’ve been looking for a similar shop I went to in FL. I love dry manicures. I appreciate how she took her time to fix my nails as it was horrible from another nail shop. All the tech are nice, quiet, and focus on their job which I have no problem with. I’ll definitely be back.

I was genuinely excited to support this new local nail spa since I live in Rosslyn, but my experience was extremely disappointing both in service and attitude. I had an appointment with Meryem, and this is what my hand looked like after the manicure: the dead skin was still not removed, and the cuticles looked unfinished. I politely asked if she could help improve it, but she showed zero willingness to make things right. Even the technician next to her tried to show her what to do, yet she still seemed unsure and uninterested. What upset me the most was the lack of basic customer care. I told them I didn't feel comfortable paying full price for a gel manicure I wasn’t happy with.
