Exceptional Experience at M. Vincé Nail Spa - Champion Forest. My visit to M. Vincé Nail Spa - Champion Forest was truly outstanding and one of the most relaxing salon experiences I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and calming, creating the perfect environment to unwind and enjoy some well deserved self care. What meant the most to me was the incredible care they showed my mother. The staff treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and attention, making sure she was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Seeing her feel so valued and relaxed made the experience even more special for me. LOVEEEEEEEE! I had the pleasure of meeting Suly who did my pedi she did such an amazing job, friendly, and she made sure to get the rough spots on my feet without me having to even ask!! Vivian did my mani and she did such an amazing job as well. Nail shape and super friendly. I loved the whole experience. The personnel is super nice too! I usually go around trying to check out nail salons, but I’m always disappointed.. NOT THIS TIME. I’m definitely going to stick around.

I went to this salon on Sunday, and the nails I received were honestly unacceptable. The shape was uneven, the cuticles weren’t cleaned properly, and the polish looked thick and messy. By the next morning, my nails looked grown out, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. I ended up having to go to another salon to get them fixed, and the difference in quality speaks for itself. I called the salon on Monday, sent pictures, and explained that the nails did not look good at all. Instead of acknowledging the issues, I was basically told the nails were “fine.” I asked for a refund for just my hands, not even the full service, and was told that wouldn’t be “fair,” even though I had to pay another nail tech to fix their work. Thuy was very kind and patient with me. As someone who has ocd, and closely examines everything at the nail salon, I was heavily worried the color was too light, but she generously gave me three coats of polish instead of two which made the color look better. She also was patient when I was ocding about the design. Overall, my first time here was really good. The place is very calm and welcoming and very sanitary. However, the price was a bit pricey and out of my range. But, I would come again.

I always enjoy coming here because the place is super clean, spotless, and cozy—and they have the best customer service! I love seeing Jennie for my manicure and pedicure. She’s super sweet and very attentive. 🫶Today I brought my mom with me, and we had Kim and Alex for our pedicures. They also did a fantastic job! Everyone is very polite—from when you call to make an appointment to the moment you walk into the building. The whole experience is always welcoming and relaxing. I definitely highly recommend this place! 🫶
