M. Vincé Nail Spa

I have been coming to M. Vince for a few months now. The entire staff is friendly and professional! I love that they walk around and greet/check on the guests as they're being serviced. Julie is my regular tech and does an amazing job every time. She takes my vision and produces. She is not afraid to collaborate with me and produces the best possible version of what I am looking for. I absolutely love this place and am so happy I finally found somewhere in Columbus that is perfect for me!

I’ve been coming to M. Vincé for about 4 months now and I Always see Julie. She is the greatest. She has been doing nails 17 years and as an old nail tech myself. My nails are something I take very serious and personal. She never disappoints me. Her work is always so clean; professional and beautiful. I highly recommend booking with!!! So I went and got my nails done from a salon on the east side that a family member had suggested when I left that place my nails did not come out the way I wanted them to. They were miss shaped and really thick and heavy because of the builder gel that I had gotten on them. When I came here, I had an appointment at 10:15. They brought me right back and Anna was my technician. She was amazing at bringing my vision to reality. I felt so bad for her having to fix the nails the way they were, but she took that problem head on, and I couldn’t be more happy. I am getting engaged this weekend, so these nails are super important for me. I also never get my nails done! I had a mimosa and overall a lovely time. The only thing I wish was better was the quality of the ombré. She did two different techniques on each hand, so they look slightly different up close. As another reviewer mentioned price, I asked for a price breakdown before we started. She may not have understood my question and just stated that “gel-x is exactly what you want”. I still wanted to know what each add-on was, but didn’t know until check out. Total was $97 before tip for gel x full set, ombré with a nude/pink base, and white chrome.

I walked in and was quoted a 25-minute wait time, which I was fine with. When I returned, I ended up waiting longer, but the staff gave me drinks and discount cards. I appreciated that gesture and really liked the atmosphere. I asked for a simple almond-shaped acrylic set—nothing complicated—and requested a rich pink acrylic powder. The technician, who spoke very little English, denied my request and said they only had clear or clear-pink. Her application alone took about two hours, and the gel color was applied very poorly. It seemed as if she was still in training. The manager even noticed the lack of quality, yet still allowed her to continue my nails.
