I have Been Customer for years, always loved coming back. Michael was my hairstylist here. He would get my Hair done and If was good almost every time. Last Time I was here in June 2025 my hair color was orange ( I normally get blonde balayage highlights). I waited about a week for color to set in and to wash it at least one time to see how it looks, but I was not happy with it right away . And all of my friends that saw me said it was orange. So I called in after a week to let them Know - I went in Michael saw my hair and said yes it is orange - I will fix it -and decided that he can fix it with a toner. While I was there you can’t see true color under the neon lights but it did not look promising. Since I know Michale is a good hair stylist and that he knows I want my hair more blonde I

Incredibly expensive, and they're unable to do basic hair color. Over $300, two appointments, and I still don't have what I asked for. To simply get rid of the gray and give me highlights, lighter around the face. I have just bad, dark brown hair everywhere, which will show the gray with no highlights. I just... I don't know how this was so difficult.

The entire staff is friendly! The amount of talent and their true passion for hair is admirable! Love Mario, Marie and the entire staff! They make you feel like family!

I have been going to M2 salon for years now. I am currently living in Germany and purposely wait to come home to oak park and get my haircut every time at M2, since they simply do the best job. Also the atmosphere is really friendly and inviting and it’s always a good time! I can highly recommend M2 salon. I always get the most beautiful haircut and color every time I go in.
