Talked about prices for her to do the braids and very reasonable priced so I decided to go with her to save a little travel time she did great fast the braids look amazing thanks Uli

Worst service ever!! The lady is so rude and unprofessional. She said she can do a certain hairstyle and did the worst job ever!! She left a whole nest on my head, the hair kept falling out, the crotchet braids weren’t even done right at all that the braid was not even attached properly. Couldn’t even refund half the $400 spent for this horrible work. She promised to fix the hair no charge to change her mind the next day. She refused to redo her work knowing it definitely needed to be done all over again. This lady was extremely rude. Knowing I was getting married in just a couple of days to ruin my hair. The lady who braids hair is extremely rude and disrespectful. You would think they would be much friendlier instead of scarring off customers. Very disappointing as the products they offer are hard to come by. Very disappointed in the mistreatment I received.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful! She helped me figure out what products were best for the style I was needing. I would recommend it 100%!
