M.A.C at Dillard’s Atlantic Station

The makeup counter consultant was persinable and accommodating. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding seasonal skin tone changes, mixing, & blending. The location of this kiosk is at the entrance of the department story, making it easy to locate. I'm not certain of the product match, yet. TBD Parking was a mini zoo.

Very unprofessional staff! I was scheduled to have my makeup done at 4 PM for a very important event, they canceled 20 minutes before the scheduled time. I would never book again.

So happy I came in when I did. I scheduled an appointment to get my makeup done by someone who didn't bother to tell their coworker that I had an appointment. Either way Demetra took great care of me!! She calmed my nerves and made sure I left out look g and feeling beautiful!! I had just rushed over from an event and had another event to go to, I was expected to be in film..lord knows I can't do eheshow or brows to save my life. But she definitely took her time and did everything to perfection. I will definitely be coming back to see only her. Shch an amazing artist and sales woman. She made sure I got out on time, all while running the area and helping others on a busy Saturday afternoon.

OMG! I loved the girl that helped me there! I went to replace all my makeup that was in my bags when my luggage was stolen early this year. She treated me like it was my birthday! She had me try all these cool new products that I would've never laid my eyes on and now I'm in 😍 w/ that location! I almost didn't want to leave!... but I did after a few hours, feeling like I'm on top of the world!

I had the best experience there today and I wish I got the person's name who was helping me but she was the sweetest person in the world. Took so much time with me and helped me find everything that I needed. I was in go mode and she had all the answers and was just the best ever. Thanks for making this a great experience. I went to the MAC pro store in Ponce Market and had a terrible experience so looking forward to shopping here exclusively! Shopping is supposed to be FUN and it was at this location.
