MAC Cosmetics

My review is late; however, I had a poor experience coming in to buy my correct shade, as I’ve purchased from MAC several times in this shade. I’ve been told several times that I can use the same shade during the summer and winter months bc every time I’ve been matched, it’s remained the same. But this particular day Erica was working and didn’t seem to have enough time to assist me thoroughly with what I needed. The shade I needed, NW55, was not in stock and she advised me there was no way for them to order it & have it shipped. She gave me a sample in that shade but told me that NW57 would be the best shade for me going out of the country to a warmer place…and that was absolutely incorrect. I left with a shade of foundation that was too dark and ultimately I couldn’t use. I feel as if sh

The woman working the counter 2/12/2025 would be an employee I would consider firing if I owned that establishment. She is very rude and dismissive of customers. I have an account and came in at 7:08 pm and was told that helping me find the correct shade for my powder that the LAST EMPLOYEE did INCORRECTLY- she told me that is too late in the day and they have protocol. I’m not sure what that means but as a consumer for over 20 years it was the SECOND time at that counter I was left feeling lesser than. I am about to walk back in and return this. Shame on her. I happened to be vlogging when I entered the store as I usually do, so I’ll be uploading that interaction to places I deem appropriate. This morning 10/29/2022 I had the greatest experience with Rachel at the MAC counter. I needed to find the right foundation and I left extremely pleased. She used several different products and told me what each one was and how they would assist me with skin care. At the end she did not pressure on me at all to purchase additional products but because of her kindness and patience I walked away with lots of additional skin care products. If you are up in the air about MAC products go see Rachel and if she doesn’t sell you on them no one can!

I love Mac products and enjoy shopping at the Fayetteville location the most because of my girls Chasity and Mikkel. Those ladies are always smiling, and have the best customer service all the time. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are patient and just a beauty inside and out. I recommend all the ladies to check them out when you visit cross creek mall.

The customer service is excellent and so helpful. They always make you look and feel like a million dollars!
