This is my worse experience. I have been a MAC customer for 20+ years have collected over 50 empty containers but I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone at the counter at Gwinnett Place Mall so I can make sure a product is in stock for pickup. I have attempted at various times via call and in person. I know no one will care about this one comment so as a consumer I will simply take my business elsewhere. Very very disappointed. you are not disserving of the one star but I could not post without a selection

I have tried to but MAC product at this location 3 times and every single time que staff is rude, unpleasant and it seems like instead of trying to sell you products they are doing you a favor. Unfortunately that such a great brand forgets how important is costumer service. Agree with the racist comments, since I am not African American nor white probably I was not a great costumer even when I was willing to spend more than 150 in products. Will not recommend to anyone. Go with a diferent brand.

MAC has been my go-to makeup brand for several years. If you are looking to just pick up your usual routine makeup, this isn't a bad place. But if you want any advice, or are looking for any type of one-on-one help, don't expect it. The staff is extremely racist and will only help people of their own race. When you ask them questions its like you're bugging them or asking them to kill a man for you. It's really insane.

I went to this location today to get a Foundation match and it was totally wrong . The man did my mother makeup fine but when it came to me I asked for him to show me my color and he quickly said NC50. He swabbed it on me and said .. I can barley tell it's there . Looking in the mirror and it seemed to be correct I took and brought it . I went home and put it on my whole face and then took some pictures with my friends. I came out looking like a clown. It was lighter than my skin tone ... I was humiliated. I will return to get my money back . I will forever go to sephora from now on .
