MAC Cosmetics - Macy's

Purchased a blush didn't like the color tried to exchange it but I lost the receipt and I used cash. They wouldn't allow me to exchange it, it's obvious it's your product.

I went to the MAC beauty station inMacys for Women yesterday. It doesn't get any better than Lilly. Customer service is superior. She was super patient and kind. Thanks so much Lilly for being you.

Very disappointed!! I went to look for new lip colors last night and literally I felt out of place. NOBODY came to assist me. I had to ask the girl who was following me around and staring at me for the sanitary wipes etc. I had to apply everything myself. Did things change at MAC? Usually the workers are nice and willingly come and ask if you need help. Never had this experience before at MAC. I'm furious! Don't treat me like I don't belong. I don't think I'll ever come back.

Worst customer service ever at 3/14/17 at 6:30p.m no manager on duty.The people here have no clue as to what it is to work on retail. The people here are so rude. After having an attitude about helping me the girl dropped my bronzer before putting it in the bag at check out. When I checked in the car it was completely shattered. She lied and tried to ask me if I had damaged it within the 4 min that it had been since I checked out. When I told her she dropped it and I saw her drop it it she denied it with an attitude of course. Will not be shopping here again.
