Melissa was an absolute blessing on Saturday, April 27th. I called the MAC counter desperate for prom night appointments for my nieces. She answered the call and graciously said sure! We arrived and what a treat we were in for!! Their makeup was stunningly gorgeous! Melissa greeted us with a smile...she was friendly, attentive, patient, informative, and superb at her craft! I highly recommend her services!! We were also greeted by Stephanie, her supervisor, whose exemplary leadership made it apparent why the aura at the counter was amazing and inviting! Thank you, Melissa, for being so gracious to us, job well done!

Employees needs to understand that most of their customers are not experts in this profession. Therefore when a customer have a question or interest in a product that you are unfamiliar with, it is best that you explain and ask questions to ensure full satisfaction. Long story short I received a product I didn't need due to misunderstanding. I already had two of that same product at home an didn't need a third. Also I was told one color when I tried it on and paid for something different. At some locations they do not allow you to hold what you plan on purchasing so there's a chance you could be paying for the wrong product.

very very disappointed with service provided to me yesterday., I took my mom to get make over, we spent over $200.00 dollars and was told, do to appointments already schedule for someone else, we could not get a makeover, how did we know we had to schedule an appointments in advance, when you just coming to the mall on a random visit. we ask could we come back and was told no it has to be done on same day. very confuse at this point. I spend my money, i didn't get make over do to make up artist to busy. And no compensation.
