Mac Cosmetics

On special occasions I love to get my face done at MAC. I usually make sure the same young lady does it but unfortunately she is no longer there. I made an appointment for Thursday 07/20/2017 at 4 pm. I was still excited to go and get beautified hunny! When I arrived I can tell the girl who was about to do my makeup was not in a great mood. It made my whole makeup experience unpleasant. I had to ask her three times to tone down my eyebrows. Everybody kinda does their makeup the same way now but it doesn't work for everybody's face. When someone can tell what will work best for you that is a true makeup artist. She was not and kinda gave me the same look everybody else is doing. Her attitude made it even worse. She was dark skin average height and i think in her 20s. I believe her name is

This guy did my makeup for me for my birthday and I have never felt so beautiful. He beat my face so good I looked better than I did on m y wedding day. I wish I could remember his name because I would recommend him to everyone. The only reason why I give this a 4 star instead of 5 star is because they were out of EVERYTHING. Foundation, lashes, spray, etc. They didn't have much to chose from but he made it work.

Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge of products and matching. Ive been wearing mac for two years and recently experience a change in my foundation color. I went today to ask a couple questions and see if they could explain to me what was happening with my foundation. Sadly I was mistaken. The woMAN ( ladies you know who im talking about) had know clue of what I was talking about and basically was nonchalant and dismiss all of my questions. He then went to rematch me and did a poor job of that. This is not the first time he has given horrible customer service. Im going to call and speak with someone because this is unacceptable seriously.

Customer Service SUCKS!!!! I have been to this MAC counter several times and no one ever even acknowleged me. No "Can I help you?", or "I'll be with you in minute?" NOTHING!!! MAC needs to teach a class on customer service. I will never shop here again. I would rather drive all the way to Collierville than spend my money at this counter!!!
