Horrible customer service!!! I walked into the Fort Lauderdale Airport Mac store in 6/5/25 at 7:17pm, I was never greeted by the staff member on her phone at the register. I proceeded to browse items for a few minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed assistance (the representative continued her face time conversation as if I was not in the store). I then paused, turned and looked at the associate because I was shocked she still didn’t ask if I needed help. She finally paused her conversation, but never came from behind the counter/register, and asked not I needed help. I immediately said no thank you, simply because your conversation via FaceTime meant more to you than doing your job. I was very interested in several items and had questions about makeup, but I can definitely spend my
