MAC Cosmetics

Terrible. Flew in for a same day wedding and needed a quick makeup service. Got there at 1pm and the only makeup artist was leaving for the day. On a Friday. Holiday weekend. I figured as long as they did my lashes, I could do the rest. No. “They didn’t have tweezers”. Such a waste of time.

Just landed in NY. Realized I forgot to pack my pink lipstick so stopped here. When the saleswomen asked if she could help me I smiled and said “Find me a pink lipstick!” I was just trying to be light-hearted because I was excited to be here. She apparently took it as an insult and replied “well I don’t usually respond to demands”. Whaaaaaat? You JUST asked me how you could help me. I paused and then replied “never mind. I don’t even want to give you my business”. Sheesh. Welcome to New York 🤦‍♀️

This has to be the worst customer service from MAC cosmetics that I've ever received! The lady that works in the evenings never offers to help. She sits there on her personal cell phone. I went in to buy some lipstick, brow sharpener and lip glass and She just stood there in the corner. I went home and ordered some products online from Nars. This is why people order online. No one wants to spend their money and get bad service

Stopped in on a whim on my layover at LaGuardia. Maggie the miracle worker was lovely to chat with, very knowledgeable, and I feel like a million bucks. Thank you Maggie for giving me a boost before my girls trip! <3
