Rachel, the makeup artist at MAC is amazing! There was a bit of a miscommunication with scheduling the appointment, however she was incredibly accommodating. I needed my makeup done for an engagement shoot and I showed her a few inspo pics. She asked me some great questions and really made me feel comfortable with what she was going to do. She listened to all of my concerns and made adjustments as needed. I couldn’t be more happy with the end result!

Only having one customer sales representative at the counter, with Christmas being less than 15 days away, is bad business. Especially since that rep can only take care of one person at a time. When you see a customer hanging out for 20 minutes to get products, it’s okay to excuse yourself from the indecisive buyer till they make up their mind and help someone else.

Everyone is great and always match the perfect make up with my a skin. They make you feel comfortable and always offer something extra that can make your make up look better.

The girls here are awesome and every time I go they help me find exactly what I need and match my skin with new foundations perfectly. Thank you so much! <3 xo

Girl behind the counter was super rude. I’ve always come here and was never treated this way. I’ll be ordering online or going to Ulta going forward
