WARNING: Unprofessional and Untrustworthy – Do Not Book With Her! This woman is extremely unprofessional. After paying in advance for 10 sessions, we only met a few times. She no-showed five times, including multiple missed home visits—claiming she came when my security footage proved otherwise. She told me to meet her at her workplace, then admitted after the fact that she no longer worked there. After taking my money, she began ignoring my texts and calls. Completely unreliable and dishonest. Avoid her at all costs.

STEER CLEAR AND DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I came in for a prenatal massage and bought a package for more treatments. The massage was okay/nothing special but I didn't want to go through the effort of finding another place at that point. For 2+ months following my appt, I chased Heide weekly to try to get on schedule. One time when I did get an appt, it was cancelled. I'd try to reschedule multiple times and then was ghosted. I'd text again, and she'd say she's "too busy" to get back to me. At this point I am so put off that I asked for a refund. Heide said she would issue. Then... crickets. Back and forth for 3 months and she gives me a partial refund incorrectly calculated. What a joke, and so disrespectful. It's about the ethics, not the money.

I had an appointment for Saturday at 9am. I put my alarm at 6:50am and saw a text from Heide sent at 6:47am cancelling on me because she was giving a class. She didn't say sorry or anything and said I could come to be a model so it would be free. I was in shock. We rescheduled for Monday. I drove 10 miles and arrived in front of the gate. She was nowhere to be found. I texted her saying I arrived and nothing. I then received a refund for my deposit. Texted her again and still nothing. I am now going home. I have never seen such an unprofessional person in my entire life. She texted me 2 hours later saying she overslept and that her assistant refunded me my deposit without knowing the appointment was happening. Makes no sense. I love the place and the people are friendly. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because is a pain to make an appointment. But I communicated this and they are improving. The sauna is wonderful. Wonderful setting with different “beauty bungalows” in same building. Heide was very nice, friendly, and professional. Got lured in by a Groupon for the infrared sauna/wrap but will be going back for “Silky Legs” treatment!
