Disappointed. I had a bit of root grow out at the time on my appointment I asked for a root touch up and to refresh my hair to a bright, blended blonde with very little dimension. Unfortunately, she really only lightened the very top layer of my hair. Because of that, there’s a lot of dimension that I specifically said I didn’t want, and there is still a very noticeable line of root growth underneath the thin top layer that was done. When we spoke over text after the appointment and mentioned that I wasn’t entirely happy with the results, she ghosted me. $275+ is a normal amount for me to pay for my hair to be done professionally with my stylist back home, but unfortunately I did not feel like the result I received or the customer service afterwards justified that professional price.
