Google said they open at 9am, their door sign said 9:30am. I made an appointment yesterday for 10am at the Harlem location, I get there today and no one was there, I waited until 10:30am and no one showed. It was 14 degrees out, why make an appointment with me and not show and all the numbers I called did not work including the one I called the day before.😤😡🤬

From booking my appointment to the atmosphere when I arrived ! I switched appointment times a couple of times and the owner never got irritated with me nor showed any attitude about it very polite and understanding! When I got there parking was easy! The AC IS ON POINT ! Some of these shops just hot and wrong🤣 I went in and waited only 10 minutes for my braider Amy to arrive which was no issue at all as I was hungry and was able to go grab some food !
