Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Ashburn

I’m leaving this review so no one else has to go through what I did. I had an appointment on Monday, November 24th 11:45 am for a roots touch-up, and due to heavy traffic and road construction, I reached the salon at exactly 11:55 PM — still within the 10-minute grace period. I approached the stylist Ruth and politely explained the situation, acknowledging that I was right at the cutoff and requesting if she could still take me in. Instead of showing even a little understanding, she immediately said no in a very rude tone. She then proceeded to lecture me about the policy — which I absolutely respect, because yes, I was running late. But the way she delivered it was unacceptable. Madison Reed has good products, color bar professionals are only good for basic root touch ups. They are not equipped to handle highlights, communication is poor. An AI books your appointment. Don't recommend if you need more then basic service.

I liked my hair adviser Jazlyn in Ashburn . But the lady that have washed my hair after the root coloring have wet my whole back and outside was cold. Didn't liked it

I had high hopes but it didn’t turn out to be like that. I wanted root touch with light color and mentioned clearly that i dont like darker colors but i wnded up having what i didn’t want and spent a lot more more than what what should have been spent on a root touch. Not happy!

I love going to Maddison Reed. My hair color always turns out amazing. The hair colorists are professional and knowledgeable. It’s too bad they don’t offer trims!
