Amazing job!! I hadn't dyed my hair in over a year and it looks so good now. Marcus is amazing and did such a great job. Worked with me to find out what was best, mixed a few colors to work with my heavy gray coverage. When he was finished everyone in the salon was complimenting me on my color.

Terrible experience! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, nobody was in the front only one of the colorist working. When another client came in is they gave me attention to check in. During my wait I tried to check in my self on the screen they have, but that screen is giving a wrong QR code, and I couldn’t do it. Then when finally got checked in the colorist ( a brown hair women) she started started to talk about the service I booked which was highlights, she asked me to show her a picture of what I wanted, she made me google pictures of highlights, she should know what caramel’s highlights looks like, but I had to show to her, she started to criticize my hair, and she talking very LOUD, all the salon was hearing her opinion about my hair!! I've been a member for many years now, over six years. I love how Jacqueline runs the Boynton Beach location. She makes the whole experience personal again. I started to feel that Madison Reed was another corporation that grew too fast and it's all about the money, just color and next.... but Jacqueline is bringing back making you feel like a "me" day, taking care of yourself and feeling special and fabulous!

Madison Reed stylists are very good at their work. They know their product and are able to give excellent advice on coloring. Perhaps even more exceptional is the time they take to talk to you about it. It’s a great place, an excellent product, and good value for your money. Try it… you’ll be impressed.

I went in December but haven't had a chance to post. Debra did a great job on my color and highlights. I hadn't been satisfied with my color and she listened to me and found exactly the right color I was wanting. I am still getting compliments on my highlights now!
