Cathy is such a great stylist & literally does the fastest and best blowouts. Blowout literally lasted me about 5 days. She took her time with me until we figured out the perfect color for my hair. This was my first time at Madison reed and I will be back soon. She also convinced me to get the membership which honestly change my life and saved me a bunch of money 💰. Love the upper west location the staff is truly amazing. No complaints.

I have. Ma monthly subscription. MEANING I can com in as many times as I like. If I feel I need more or lighter color. It can all be changed. I’m older a senior and and have ethnic texture hair. What’s great is her colors do not have ammonia It’s much safer for the health of my hair

This is the second location I have tried and now need to find a new salon not affiliated with Madison Reed . Although the color is okay, I have consistently had terrible experience with staff who cannot wash hair properly. My hair is a tangled mess when they finish and strands continue to fall out. This is probably due to the process as well as the products used. Even though the color used is stored in the system, the application done by different people each time does not work.
