Very welcoming staff all greet you as you walk in. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. My first experience was amazing my colorist listened but also suggested what I may like or need. In the end the color is amazing simply love it.

Brought my wife in while we were in town to get a color and cut. Typical over the top salon, hot here in the fairly quickly, she ended up being helped by a male hair person, seemed like he was pretty good, idk I'm going to give it a five because @150 or so it was mad cheap and quick which is not something we get at home. My only issue was the class they were teaching while my wife was getting her hair down, kinda tacky. Unless we're in town probably won't be back it wasn't a bad experience we just aren't local. My wife loves the way it came out so that's a win.

This was my first time at the shop. I was very apprehensive about trying it, but I thought I would just give it a chance, and I’m so glad I did! The entire process was so easy!! I was lucky enough to have Felix provide my all over color and blow dry. He was so professional and so well informed! He, as well as everyone else in the salon, was super friendly! I absolutely love my color! I would highly recommend this place to any skeptics out there. Give it a try! They are awesome!!!

Save your money. Seriously, there was no blending into my natural color it’s blunt and when I told my stylist she just made excuses and told me that’s what I asked for. Which isn’t professional in my opinion nor what I asked for. This lady also damaged my hair with the highlight job and now I have to go to another salon to correct it. It was also out of the ordinary for me to blow dry my own hair in a salon when I’m paying $150 for a partial highlight and to add a $50 blow dry to my bill is insane. Also, apparently they are NOT a full service salon once I said I didn’t like my hair. She explained to me that they are an EXPRESS salon doing quick service. Loved my visit to Madison Reed at Biltmore Fashion! I had an all-over color and blowout—my hair looks rich, shiny, and healthy. The colorist was professional, the space was chic, and the products felt gentle. Quick, polished, and worth every penny. I’ll be back!
