I had such a great experience at Madison Reed today! First time client. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and affordable. Clarisa, my colorist, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, warm, and clearly knows her craft. She took the time to make sure the color was right, and the entire process was quick and seamless. Love the environment, very welcoming and relaxing. My hair colorist Tina is very kind and knowledgeable. She helps me decide on a hair color, always has different choices and in depth descriptions of the outcome. I feel very at ease and not in a rush when I’m here. Usually I opt to blow dry my own hair at the styling station, this takes me some time and I never feel judged for being a little slow at drying my hair. My hair grows very fast so I like to come to color my roots every other week. All of the staff is very kind but I always request Tina because we have a great rapport and the first time she colored my hair was just perfect. These photos are post color all over, I previously had grown out blonde ómbre.

I really enjoy it. I have been a member I think maybe a year or almost a year now. The girl that I have she's pretty good. There's a couple of the ones that they think they're a manager, but when we did get the manager in Westport, she left. But I wish they would have something else besides water I you know usually bring my own, but I think everything is very nice. Just I think that manager you had was great. I wish she stood. And the girl that I have now she's great. I really love her. You should move her up. But there's one girl in that old. She thinks she's everything she feels like you should look into her but other than that, I love going there thank you bye-bye

It was my first visit and my stylist went above and beyond to explain the process to me. Her community was excellent and I was thrilled with my color!

I really feel like it is a factory every time I go here. There was an accident on the bridge which made me late. When I arrived, there was no one to see me so I waited for about 5-7 minutes. There was a little confusion among the staff as to who was assigned to me. The one who was, finally came out from the back and said "your appointment was at 4:15". I need to go home at 5 so I am not going to be able to do your highlights. I explained that there was an accident on the bridge and I actually had been waiting for her since I had arrived- I asked what the late policy was and told 10 minutes. I said I thought I had been here by 4:25 and the other stylist yelled "I saw her walk in the door at exactly 4:29". Really? Yea - will go to a regular salon where I am treated like a human - at
