If you are not Chinese, better choose another place, as the technician( though very sweet, polite and hard working) can’t communicate with clients. I had to talk to the manager on the phone twice to clarify the service(Japanese manicure hard gel). They tried to upsell the desired color for an additional $50. Initial appointment was scheduled for 1 hour 15 mins. Started 15 minutes late and it took over two hours to finish. It was a very frustrating experience. The end result was beautiful, but I can’t return an hour of my Friday back. Advice to management: figure out your services and have clear options for clients who want to pay for extra service(color etc.)

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to so far. The nail tech offered me snacks and water which I thought was really nice :) she has been doing nails for decades so she definitely has a lot of experience and is a perfectionist. Here are some of the things I loved about this place: - nail tech with excellent skills and customer service - everything was clean and organized - snacks and water - great talk with the nail tech - easy to find (it’s located on the fourth floor suite 430) - the room smells good - let you charge your phone - they have a bathroom that is clean

I had a wonderful experience getting my nails done here. The environment was nice, clean, and welcoming. The stylist was friendly and took her time. She was also able to give me advice and recommendations based on what I wanted.

Fantastic, skilled manicurist. I absolutely loved the final product and my experience there. I would definitely go back again!

I accompanied my sister to get her nails done. The room was very clean and there was comfortable place for us to sit. They provided snacks and water for us as we waited. The stylist was very kind and friendly.
