Magic Lash Salon II

I got my lashes done on 9/23 and on 9/25 half of my lashes on one eye were off… no water, no oil, and all aftercare directions were followed. I called the shop to let them know and I was told they fix them within 3 days. I explained that I am out of town which is the reason I came on that date and I wouldn’t be back until 9/29 after 4 (because I have to work). The response was “I have to see if we can wait that long, etc”. My lashes were $100… there is NO WAY they should fall out in 2 days. I’ve never had this issue before but I can guarantee you I will look for a new place to go to that does quality work.

I’ve been coming to magiclash since they opened several years ago and have been pleased with the different services including lash extensions and mole removals. Only once did I have an issue with eye irritation and they were apologetic and switched to sensitive eye tape for me. They are flexible and accommodating with appointments and I always love how natural my lashes look!

Sophia is amazing and very gently. Clean salon and quick process.they took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and walked me through the process!

I’ve been getting natural lash extensions here for the past few months and it’s great! The place is clean and all the employees so nice. I come every 3-4 weeks because that’s how long it lasts. Pretty much the best priced place on the island too!
