Magic Nail

I’ve been to this nail salon 1 other time and they did very good and wow I am in disbelief over what I experienced this time. For starters my nails look absolutely nothing like the photo I gave the man that did my nails.. even if they weren’t bleeding, burning, with missing skin. I’ve been getting my nails done for 8 years and have never experienced anything like this. For starters I was in there from 245 to almost 530?? literally almost 3 hours of abuse. I knew it wasn’t going to go well because the first thing the man said to me was “I don’t do design” but I never said anything about a design (picture below) He then did my nails (he was extremely rough) and made them stiletto and I had told him multiple times almond he then decided to completely redo them after I already said my nails we

Waking up literally confused what I was changed 66$ for, asked for coffin. Those are definitely square. You can see the nail beds are messy looks like it already needs a fill, even though I just had them done last night underneath the nail, my finger is still stuck to it. Not a single item on their website is listed for what I was charged.I feel like every time I go in here they are giving less effort and charging more, I'm only complaining, because I know they can do better.I've seen them do it and 66$ is outrageous and price gouging!

Great service and everyone was very nice and did a great job! I had an inspiration picture and they turned out perfect as well as my toes!

My girlfriend went to get her nails done here today. When she went in she showed a picture of what she wanted. He told her it world be $65 to do all 5 different designs or $50 to only do 2 designs repeating. She chose the $50 for 2 designs. A different lady did her nails and she was amazing and is the only reason this isn't a 1 start review. She made the designs and nails themselves look amazing. When she was finished, my girlfriend went up to pay and the original guy said it would be $65 anyways. My girlfriend questioned why it was $65 rather than the agreed upon $50 for 2 designs. He responded saying it was for the repeating design, despite agreeing to repeat the design for $50 in the beginning. He then changed his response unprompted to saying it was for the length of the acrylic, which

John always goes above and beyond! Everyone there is wonderful! I love to just sit down and let them do whatever colors because picking a color is overwhelming to me. I have never been disappointed in my nails.
