His attention to detail is unbelievable…he listens to what I want, offers great suggestions, and always goes above and beyond to make sure my nails come out absolutely spectacular. We had an absolutely lovely experience at this nail salon! Rose and Tina were our technicians, and they were a delight. Tina gave my husband a deluxe pedicure and a basic manicure, and I got the same packages, but with nail colors. Rose was my technician. Both women were knowledgeable, kind and patient. Rose was also thorough; when a few of my nails got mussed halfway through the manicure, she went back and redid them. I also feel that we had an especially lovely experience because we did a walk-in service on Lunar New Year. Rose noticed me bopping in my seat to the rhythm of h to e music they were playing, so she stood up and dances with me when my sessions were done! It was an utter delight and I had such a blast. I will definitely be returning to this shop!

Overall experience was OK. The massages and the paraffin wax was really nice. Skin was super soft, my feet were soft. My only complaint that I have is just with the cuticle work along with the paint job. I got the colors I wanted, not mad about that. I just feel like the technician, Tony, just did not paint close enough to the cuticle, or flooded the cuticle. I felt like the technician was struggling a little bit with painting. I did come in with needing a gel removal along with acrylic removal. I ended up getting a manicure and pedicure. Like I said overall experience was OK, just did not love the paint job. I have spent about the same at another place that did so much better with the prep and paint job. The prices are overall OK. I just won’t be coming back just because I did not feel li
