My daughter and I have been getting our braids done by Mai for over 15 years. Mai always takes very good care of our hair. We have strong hair an no loss of hair but Mai is a magician with styles. She can create all type of styles and treat any thin areas. I've seen it. She is a magician! I would not let anyone else touch my hair for braiding. Mai is also very patient and kind and really cares. If you have never had your hair done by Mai, try the shop. I have had weaves and all sorts of braids and always feel like a million bucks when I leave.

First I visit this place , I never see this kind policies in us I bought some stuff $110 but with in 30 minutes I went back to return because I suppose to send back home who where the person take the stuff last minute he said no and then I decided to return but the lady who work lady she refuse to take it back this kind of attitude I never see before guys make sure any one buy from this think about twice and don’t suggest to by cosmetics from this place

I called looking for a type of hair. The woman on the phone was kind enough to help me. She asked me to text her a picture and she really looked! She also sent me pictures of other options I might be interested in, since I was having no luck. I really appreciated that! I have never had customer service like that! Amazing!

The only reason I opted to write this review was because of Maikah’s attitude when I approached her… in a very diplomatic way about the hair loss I received after one of her workers removed my crochet faux locs. I merely reached out to her with pictures of the damage just so she would be aware. I was flabbergasted when she replied. First she tried to say that it was because I had washed and blew my hair dry at home. “I never blow my hair dry at home so that wasn’t it” Secondly, if I had walked in with the amount of damage she would not have been able to braid my hair up for the installation process to do this style. Either the damage came from gripping my hair which caused tension resulting in hair loss; or the damage was done when her worker was removing the crochet locs. I was look
