I’ve been here a few times for natural hair care products within the past 6 months since moving to the area. I went in today(Black Friday) and jokingly asked what the sales were today. The cashier jokingly told me an extra 10% would be added. My total was $56.99. I handed him 3 $20 bills and asked for my receipt. He looked up and changed the price manually to $52. After reviewing my receipt I saw that no discounts were added. This man in fact was charging me an extra $5 because he didn’t think I’d ask for a receipt. Shame on you all. I will not be back and I will order my products online from “the mane choice” directly from now on.

Their hours are wrong, they don't open at 9 or even 9:30, and they're always low on braiding hair

The owner of this store kept my roommate's watch, which was an heirloom, and when I tried to buy it back from him (which shouldn't have been necessary), he told me he had already sold it. I'm truly disgusted, never ever spending another cent at this terrible establishment!

Horrible experience. Barely speak English and extremely unwilling to help. Were out of EVERY single wig that I wanted! Very limited supplies and not worth the trip! Go to the one down the street next to the Family Dollar instead. I did.
