I have been going here for YEARS until I had to move to a different location. The guy that runs the store is super friendly and nice. Very respectful/helpful. I stop in here and there to get things but I have always loved this place. I buy their human hair wigs and I am never disappointed

The wig selection leaves alot to be desired. Customer service sucks. I needed lace glue, which used to be inside the front counter. I asked for assistance and was told it was now behind the counter. I struggled to see what kind they had and after telling her I couldn't see the products, she just stood there. I guess it wasn't an important enough sale to make a move. It makes me sad to receive 0 help when I so for something small. It's not like there were any other customers to help

The Asian dude was just staring me down, walking through the whole store and after that he accused me of stealing and it’s really expensive He told me and my sister to never come back in the store Like I wasn’t even planning on coming back on the first place if I could give it zero stars, I would

I was taking my time picking out some lashes I liked when i heard the cashier who was taking her makeup off at the counter say “no me gusta esa morra” she was insinuating I looked shady but didn’t bother asking if I needed help so I asked the other cashier for help instead. I purchased what I wanted and left them w their terrible attitudes.

Very last resort when I’m in a pinch and can’t get to my main beauty supply! They are way to overpriced for the hair they sale and they have a horrible selection of hair. The staff is rude and the Asian owner followed me through the store like I was going to steal. Here I was trying to ask you questions, since clearly you following me, and you act like you don’t hear me?! Believe me I would never set foot in this store again...they may be the only beauty supply in Grand Prairie but definitely not worth my money. I wish they would bring better beauty supplies but until they do I’ll make the trip to Arlington
