I absolutely LOVE Main Street Nails! I’ve been coming here regularly for months and I recommend them to everyone I know. The staff is always so welcoming, professional, and detail-oriented. They truly take their time to make sure your nails look perfect, and the quality is consistent every single visit. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has such a great atmosphere. Whether I’m getting a simple full set or something more detailed, they always exceed my expectations. My nails last, the shaping and design is flawless, and I constantly get compliments. If you’re in Cartersville and looking for a nail salon you can trust, this is the place. I won’t go anywhere else! 💅✨

My sister and I came for a walk-in and were seen right away! I got a gel manicure and she got acrylic with gel. Nice, friendly staff and great service!

Would most definitely leave 0 stars if I could. Should have went to the salon I’m used to. A guy in the second row did my nails. Very standoffish. There’s a puss bump that started forming mid way through .. and just overall horrible energy. I wanted another color other than plain white French but just went with French because his demeanor just completely threw me left. Trust me.. we all have a lot going on. Don’t come in if you don’t wanna be here! The difference is customers are spending money and looking for an experience. New to cartersville this year but never again. So glad I found this place! Recently moved to Cartersville and was on the hunt for a new nail shop. It’s also not easy finding techs that are proficient in builder gel. This is my 3rd time now and Yas, Maria and Kalena have all been great! Definitely recommend!

Kaleena is amazing at what she does she is very talented! You get exactly what you want when you come here they will match exactly to the picture you show them. The quality is amazing too my nails can last me a month. The customer service is outstanding! They go above and beyond to give you the best service possible! I will NOT be going anywhere but here to get my nails done!
