Majestic Nail & Day Spa

I’ve had two waxing appointments at Majestic Nail & Day Spa, both as walk-ins, and each one was professional, clean, and comfortable. I have my fair share of body hair, and Akari, the aesthetician who did my full leg wax, handled it with patience, care, and skill. I’ve also had great experiences with their nail techs. I’ve already booked my next appointment with Akari as part of prioritizing my self-care. I’m happy to recommend them! 😊🫶

Wow wow wow! The service is top tier! I came in as a walkin no appt, I was kept abreast of when I would be serviced there was a confirmation of my chosen design to ensure I’d get most qualified tech to assist me. Emily has great energy and executed my design flawlessly!! Lookn forward to coming again!

My Aunt took us for a pedicure on Wednesday February 18. We each had a professional attending to us at the same time as we sat side by side. Ty and Ruth were delightful in conversation and superior with their precise nail care and polish application. The too of us chose the same color of polish. We felt refreshed and pleased with our pedicures. Ty and Ruth we thank you so much for taking care of our nails and for sharing your stories which were so encouraging. We plan to return.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this spa. I went in to have my eyebrows done, but the technician burned my skin with the wax. The area became swollen, developed a burn, and now I’m left with a scar. No one called to follow up or check-in. I had to go the next day to show the would and seek for advice. What made the situation even worse is that the owner did not offer any kind of compensation or even a complementary service to make up for the injury I experienced. I expected at least some accountability. Instead they blamed it on my skin while I have been waxing my eyebrows for years without any issue. It saddens me to have to leave this review, as this is the ONLY spa that I frequent here in Raleigh. I have been coming here for over 8 years. Upon arrival, the spa was jam packed with people. After being greeted, I was informed that there was a wait. This was fine with me, as I did not make an appointment like I usually do. The young lady at the desk put down my name and phone number and told me that I could wait inside, or they would call me. I decided to wait inside. Over an hour in, I went back up to the desk to inquire how much longer the wait would be. The young lady said, I will go talk to my manager. After speaking to the manager, no one ever came to me to let me know how much longer the wait was. I waited another 15 minutes, and still no communication. I understand being busy, but
