I had originally booked my appointment for a dip full set. When I had talked to my technician, Katie, I told her how my nails were super brittle and I wanted to grow them out. She told me dip may not be the best choice for me because it could cause further damage. She suggested I switch to Gel X so I could grow my nails out while keeping them healthy. I immediately knew I could trust her opinion because you could tell she genuinely cared. Katie was so sweet and attentive. The staff were so friendly as well and the salon was beautiful & clean. I had such a good experience there and will definitely be going back. Also, my nails are SO cute and she even put the little hearts on without me asking. 🥹 I will most definitely be booking with Majestic Nails & Katie again.

I went here because I had no will to go to my regular place in Mount Pleasant. I was greeted and seen right away, Katie was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted — I may be very plain with my colors but she offered I get a red more new and it came out amazing. They also picked up that I was super crazy about my cuticles being very clean and Katie had no problem asking the owner (who also feels the same way about hers) to achieve what I was going for. With the amount of cuticles and dead skin I had they welcomed a paraffin wax add on for an additional charge but didn’t feel demanding and they were definitely right on it because my hands and cuticles look so healthy. Amazing experience! I had never tried dipping powder for my nails before, and this place was the best choice to do it! The entire staff is professional, well-trained, and incredibly attentive. They explained the process clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. My nails turned out beautiful, I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended if you're looking for excellent quality and professional care!

Love this place! Majestic is spacious, comfortable, and pristine, with the largest polish selection I’ve ever seen. Katie Y is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she delivers the most beautiful, meticulous manicures and pedicures - perfectly shaped with flawless polish and incredible attention to detail. She takes so much pride in her work, and it truly shows. The quality lasts, always looks perfect, and never feels rushed. She’s incredibly talented, easy to talk to, and my nails have never looked better!

My friend and I have been trying to find a new Nail Salon so we came to Majestic Nails and LOVED it! Angie and Valentina took amazing care of us and really took the time to make sure our nails were perfect! The price was super reasonable especially for Charleston— will definitely be coming back!!!
