Worst experience ever. Unfriendly and un professional. They overprice too smh. The big shop is always empty and I see why. Best you go to Mayan on central ave or Boss lady on Avon....

Where do I start…My parts are crooked, I have knotless and box braids, you can see where the boho was added, the blunt ends of the boho was not clipped, the “blend” of color was put together sloppy. The lady said she knew how to do the style and when she started she decided that she was going to do whatever hairstyle she wanted. I told her time after time that I don’t want it the way she was doing it. I stayed and got my hair done the best of the way I wanted it, but I am still unsatisfied. She did the bottom half over to the “way I wanted it” but it’s still not neat enough. I go on vacation in a few days and have to fix some of it myself! I would NOT recommend this place!

We'll i would like to say i went inside the store today and asked do they do braiding as well as weaves We'll the young lady that I asked kept backing up so far to she was about halfway across the room like I was a disease so she's continuing to talk and laugh with her three co-workers again i asked the question do i have to supply my own hair at this time they proceeded to open the door for a customer and when I say completely ignored and laughed at every quesrion

Come there for my braid down for my closures and half up half downs. Very neat and nice size braids. Especially because I have thick hair. Always will return
