I was extremely pleased with my Swedish massage. Adrianne was professional and had read my intake form, which gave her insight into what I was expecting. Her style of massage was therapeutic and restorative. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The space was intimate but not crowded. It was a snowy Saturday and could not have been more perfect. Soft lighting, peaceful ambiance and pleasantly scented. I look forward to booking another session with Adrianne.

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Jenny. I really loved that the experience is sensory friendly, and that the intake form includes very detailed questions to ensure you’re getting the exact experience that you want. My problem areas were my neck/shoulders and middle back, and one day later I already have significant improvement. Will definitely be back! 🧡

I’ve been seeing Molly for prenatal massages and she’s fantastic. Her flow is great, and she’s super responsive to her both verbal and nonverbal feedback. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and takes pride in her work, which makes such a difference in bodywork. Like the other therapists I’ve seen here, she brings genuine care and presence to each session. I always leave feeling so much better! I will continue to see Molly now that I’ve had my baby, and will also continue to recommend her to friends.

I’ve been going here since the start of my second trimester and have had such a great experience. I saw Jenny, she was wonderful, very attentive to my needs, and she created such a relaxing environment. I also love the space itself. Highly recommend!
