This is the salon we have been searching for! We’ve tried places all over Philly for my tender headed ten year old and this is her first salon braiding experience without tears! They were able to accommodate both my daughters for box braids at the same time with a 9 AM appointment. They handed them the remote and let them pick something on Netflix and before we knew it, they were done. Nice, clean, welcoming space. Kind, talented staff. Beautiful hair. We’ll definitely be back.

As a person who hates getting their hair done, sitting in salons and is usually tender-headed, this was a great experience. I found this shop on a whim, Sara told me to come in an hour and was so sweet and clear about what I wanted and what it'd cost. I had the pleasure of Lucy and Janet giving me knotless box braids. They did a phenomenal job and I was able to lay my head down and sleep comfortably! I keep getting compliments on my hair, I could get used to this! haha I will be back. Thank you, ladies!!

After much research, I decided to try Mami’s Hair Braiding for me and my daughter braids. We both had a pleasant experience and love our hair. The pricing is fair and they were very professional and quick. We will definitely be back again!
