I was expecting a rail trail. What we got was a windy and steep technical trail with loose gravel. Rode 1 way and took the road back. It a fan. If it hadn’t been for 4 inch tires and an e-bike I couldn’t have done it.
Beautiful place! Well maintained. Some people decided to litter but that's not the park's fault.
This review is for the Wondering Woods. A must see in the NP.
Mammoth cave has wonderful trails to hike..can't wait to go.back
Path is a good, packed surface with slight loose gravel, gentle slopes except a few local spots. Nice walk or ride but more like 9 miles total length with several parking areas along the route.
